All purchases are final. However we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if you are unhappy with an item we are able to provide refunds under certain conditions.
Refunds can be made for customers who have received the wrong item, faulty/damaged items, or orders who were not received in time or at all.

- The item is returned in its original condition (not excessively worn unwashed, undamaged).
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
